Banned IP
If your IP is blacklisted due to some false attempts to log in:
-using wrong login details
- Use your domain email with tools such as outlook, thunderbird, etc. As we do not support external logins using IMAP/POP3
(The only way to log in to your domain email is by WEBMAIL, as sent in the first email with login details).
You need to CANCEL/Terminate those attempts and send us your IP address, so we can enable it once again.
