How to turn off blue cookie button?

We go to our store Dashboard then we click on the Facebook Business Extension button. Once the Facebook Business Extension window appears we see that the Show cockle bar option on the web store is turned on. Then we uncheck it and turn it off and go to the save button. We return to our Dashboard then we go to System/Tools/Nitro Pack/Clear All cache. We reload the web store page and we see that the blue cockle bar is now turned off.
