How to import big lists?

Since we use shared IP addresses among users we do not allow big list imports and migrations from other autoresponders beyond 10,000 to prevent spam and abuse. 

This is to protect the network and other users. We have no problem if you wish to build an opt-in list from websites and blogs etc. where we know the IP address and the quality of the list you are generating upon opt-in. 

Hence, we cannot allow importing of subscribers from other autoresponders or from your existing email lists at this time as we are not sure of the quality as well as whether they are opt-in subscribers. These are limits imposed by all autoresponders in the marketplace to protect their sending reputation. 

Email sending has certain policies that we need to adhere to protect the sender's reputation and ensure perfect email deliverability for all users on our platform.
