How to start with Campaign Dashboard?

Please note that Campaign Dashboard is not a list cleaning tool but there are many services out there that are.

If you are sending to a very old list, it is best that you first have your list cleaned by a professional contact verification service. Using a contact verification service can help remove invalid addresses and spam trap addresses from your list before sending. This is an effective proactive first step to curating an engaging contact list, but it is not the last.

To send out cold/one-to-one emails you will need to use the Webmail service we offer you for free.
You can find access to your Agency Website course on the BBP Campus here https://businessbackpackhub.com/campus/lessons/accessing-your-webmail/

====================
Please note these few important points below before using your Campaign Dashboard account.

First, be sure that any contacts that you import into your Campaign Dashboard ( CD ) account are verified contacts that have already subscribed to your lists using the double opt-in method.

If they are not, please be sure to either gather these through the forms you would put on your website or by cold emailing them using the above-mentioned webmail and then getting them to double opt-in to your subscription lists.

Second, once you are sure that your list is set, then it would be wise to set up a custom sender domain in your CD account.

By default, you are using our default Campaign Dashboard as a sender domain, but using a custom one will greatly improve your delivery rates as your client's email providers will easier recognize you as their verified sender and your emails will go through the filters to clients inboxes.

If you have a domain with us already, we can verify it for you, just let us know which one you would like to use.

If you would like to use an existing domain outside of our hosting, we will provide you with the records info that you will need to add in order to be able to verify this domain as a sender one in your CD account.

Third, once the custom domain is verified, you just need to make it default and all future campaigns will be sent using that one.

Fourth, the content you send out is equally important as the contacts you send this out to.
Please read this article below, it may give you good insight regarding the content used in emails/campaigns you send out.

Fifth but not least, be sure to let us know if anything is unclear.
We do recommend all of our customers to go through the course below regarding the setup of their Campaign Dashboard account
