That basically means you can set whatever price you want for those 3 apps and sell them to clients.

If you want sub-accounts for the email marketing app, to prevent abuse we have a system in place where we manually create accounts for you upon request to support once you make client sales or you can manage client lists and campaigns in one account yourself.
